A Woman’s Divorce Prerogative
The divorce boom came to be in the last half of the twentieth century. The countries with most divorces are developed. Such countries are the United States, England, South Korea, and countries represented in the European Union. Working women have began to feel as victims in this divorce process.
For example, if a house wife divorces her husband, for the rest of her life she can receive an alimony which can help support her, especially if she has children. When a working woman is involved in a divorce, she has a larger chance to simply be expected to return to the work force with a considerable amount of benefits lost to her due to her situation.
The judges specifically are the ones who expect this as a woman. Essentially, a woman who is a waitress divorces her husband who is a doctor. The simple fact that she is in the "work force" will make many benefits void to her even though she makes probably only five percent of the income in the household. This might even happen to a woman in the work force who also happens to have children.
A working woman might be happy that in the divorce she received half of everything, and five years later be jealous of her friends who although did not get their technical share but are receiving alimony for the rest of their life.
A disincentive to marriage has enveloped the world because of many of the judge’s rulings concerning this. Wealthy partnerships, however, in Great Britain have seemed to become too "balanced" in the divorce process. In this cases "gold diggers" are very often seen. Sometimes however a partner may not want to have half of everything but are almost forced to by the judges.
Many options are planned during a court ruling, even if the spouses are in an amicable state. Some women in the work force might find that using do-it-yourself divorce kits are essential because they know what is fair to each other and do not want the ruling of a man behind a large wooden structure with a mallet to be the final say.
